We offer several fitness solutions for you to reach your goals.
Team Training is a progressive, fun and effective functional training program designed specifically for adults 40 and over. Groups are capped off at 15 per session yet still offer a high level of individualization. Team Training accommodating any fitness level and any goal. Whether you want to you lose weight, increase muscle tone, improve your endurance, or just move better in life, you will benefit from the hands-on expertise a professional, educated coach and the support of a team of members who are sharing the experience with you for the duration of your training.

The most popular option is SMALL GROUP TRAINING. Each client gets a personalized yet fun workout program, taking into account your individual fitness level, injury history, and muscle imbalances. No cookie cutter workouts here! The groups are limited to 6 people max per group, so you get the individual attention you deserve. Another benefit of you get to be surrounded by peers. We have seen many new friendships start at Maryville Fitness! A typical session is about 50 minutes long, which includes a complete warm-up.
Another option is SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING. These sessions offer an extra level of customization. These groups are capped off at 3 people per group and sessions are 1 hour long. This is a great option for certain unique goals, including extreme weight loss, post-rehabilitation, and prenatal or postnatal training.
Another option is HYBRID TRAINING. You would get a professionally designed workout program and regular meeting once per month. If you are regularly working out but are not making any progress, get an expert to design your program and get extra accountability included.
