8 Week Nutrition Accountability
An eight week nutrition coaching program to help you shed those extra pounds a lot of us packed on, all while building healthy habits, creating accountability, and finally be able to see results.
This is a 56 day nutrition coaching program for those who struggle with eating healthy and staying accountable, looking to lose weight, feel better and develop lifelong habits. We only offer this program 2 to 3 times per calendar year.

What is the nutrition program all about?
Accountability, throughout the entire process, we all know what healthy is, but staying accountable throughout the journey is the hard part. We’ll be on your side every step of the way.
Results you can see and feel, whether it’s your pants getting looser or the weights feeling easier each week, there’s always something new that you’ll experience and keep you excited for more.
Support every step of the way, because you are not alone and this won’t be a lonely journey. You’ll be surrounded by others that have done and are going through exactly what you’re going through.
Motivation that keeps you grounded and not falling off the wagon even after those long days, with an angry boss, traffic jams and whiny kids.
The Details
8 Weekly Meetings
Every week you’ll meet together as a group.All weekly meeting will be conducted via Zoom to save you time driving back and forth to the gym. Alongside our nutrition coach and the rest of the members of the program, we’ll dive into what you need help with the most.
We’ll go over what’s working, what you’re struggling with and what questions you have. We’ll then make sure you don’t leave without a clear action plan for the following week.
12 Participants
We truly want this to be individualized, nutrition coaching with the support of others, sharing similar struggles. For this reason, we can only take 12 participants. So if you’re ready to tackle nutrition act now.
One-On-One Checkins
In addition to the weekly online group meetings, you’ll have opportunities to check in with our nutrition coach in the on on one format throughout the program for extra accountability, more customization and more coaching so we can guarantee your results.
Customized Nutrition Plan
This is not a cookie cutter approach. We’ll come up with a specific plan for you, your goals and your dietary needs. This includes a nutrition lesson sent right to your phone, as well as a daily check in to see how things are going. Daily accountability check ins is the key to success. We’ll also be using your phone to track all of your nutrition.
Members Only Facebook Group
We’ll also put you in our members, only Facebook group, where you can connect with others, Maryville Fitness clients, share tips and recipes and inspire each other. Unlimited email and online support. Have a question? Just reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to help.
Accountability & Results
We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself because we know from experience, if you’re not being held accountable as someone else, only you know if you did or did not make the smart nutrition choice. We’ll hold you accountable to making smarter choices and ultimately getting the results you’ve been looking for.

Meet Your Coach
Hey! My name is Dustin Pelate and this is how I have come to specialize working with adults 40 and over, the most underserved members of the fitness community.
I started off as a trainer in 2008 in Collinsville. In less than 18 months, I had a full list of clients and learned a great deal as well as dedicating myself to getting clients great results. Most of my clients were over 40 and I greatly enjoyed working with them and changing their lives for the better.
I soon learned that to get my clients great results, I would have to learn more about nutrition, which accounts for 60 to 80 percent of anyone’s goals, especially weight loss. In 2012, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in human nutrition and dietetics. Having worked with trainers and witnessed trainers give out misguided, incomplete, and dangerous advice, I understood my clients deserved better.
In 2015, I opened Maryville Fitness. My goal was to create an intimidation-free and FUN environment for adults 40 and over to reach their fitness, weight loss, and health-related goals. We even have clients in their 70’s that prove age is just a number when it comes to fitness and health.
